Yes, this is indeed an assignment for my school. It's still going to be funny...Why? The topic IS ANIME! Fanart VS. Memes. As we all know, anime fanart artists usually require crediting them, or else you can't possibly re-post their fanart. However, memes of anime are made FOR the public, BY the public, which means it is free for sharing publically.
